The Facebook Page "Singleness is not a Punishment" will house the Masterclass for the live as well as a replay from the following dates:
February 9, 2021 - Thursday February 18, 2021 @ Midnight.
Once the Masterclass is taken down you will no longer have access to it. So please adjust your schedule to the dates stated above. One the masterclass is taken down the Coaching relationship has now ended with client. If cleint would like to further a coaching relationship with Reka, client must sign up for Single You Academy; group or 1:1 as stated in the masterclass.
C. OBLIGATIONS OF CLIENT
Client shall pay Company the set fee for the Coaching Package selected. Client agrees that Company shall have the right to use and/or display feedback from Client in its portfolio of work, future educational publications, and in the marketing, advertising, or promotion of Company's services. Client agrees that Company shall have the right to keep the Client on its email list for business purposes only. Client has the right to ‘unsubscribe’ from list at any time.
D. OWNERSHIP OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Company will provide Client with a masterclass only. All content produced by "justmeReka Inspires" (Company)(Reka) is the sole intellectual property of Company and any content provided by Company under this Agreement shall be for the Client’s use only. Content is not to be shared with other parties.
AKA the videos and workbooks that are created by Reka are not to be shared with your friends. Have her join just like you did.
E. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes regarding this Agreement or arising from the services under this Agreement shall be resolved by a mutually agreed upon single arbitrator in Benton County, Washington under the laws of the State of Washington. The decision of the arbitrator shall be binding on all parties and the prevailing party awarded attorney’s fees and costs at the discretion of the arbitrator.
F. DISCLAIMER & WAIVER
Client understands that Company (‘justmeReka Inspires’) consists of only life coaches, not a psychologist, psychiatrist or medical professional of any kind. Client understands that coaching is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment. Client understands that to the extent Client’s work with the Company involves Client’s career or business in any way, Company is not promising outcomes regarding profitability or business success.
Client understands that the life coaching process is a do-with process, not a do-to process. Growth, mindset change and the overall self-awareness journey can only be started if the Client does the work.
Company will protect Client’s information as confidential unless stated otherwise in video or writing. Client understands that the use of technology is not always secure and accepts the risks of confidentiality in the use of email, text, phone, zoom, Facebook and other technology.
If Client reports child abuse or neglect, elder abuse or neglect, or threaten to harm ones-self or someone else, or Company is ordered or subpoenaed by a court of law, confidentiality under this Agreement is limited in this capacity and Company will take whatever actions are necessary to the extent the law requires.
Client hereby waives, discharges and holds harmless Company, its agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs and employees from every claim, suit, action, demand or right to compensation for damages Client may claim to have arising out of acts or omissions of the Company or Client as a result of the services given by Company or otherwise resulting from the coaching relationship contemplated by this Agreement.
Client declares and represents that no promise, inducement or agreement not expressed in this document has been made to induce Client to sign this Agreement. This Agreement shall be binding on all heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns, and agents.
Price of Masterclasses, Webinars and Single You Academy are subject to change.
